1. A customer can be eligible for a refund if an email requesting a refund is sent by the customer (with the registered email id) to info@finogoodcapital.com within 48 hours (2-DAY) of purchasing the Consultation Card. The payment mode for the refund will be the same as the mode through which the customer's payment was received. As per the banks, the refund can be received within 5 to 6 working days.
2. If the customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they can apply for a refund within 48 hours (2-DAY) of purchasing the Consultation Card.
